I am seeking the correct address to make a complaint.
I wish to complain to the UC about unacceptable failure to communicate following two telephone calls, in which it was a greed that my 'case manager ' would contact me to inform me of arrears payments and enhanced payment following decision regarding 'limited capability for work and work related activity'. I do not have an online account with journal, as I receive telephone support.
This occurred after a delay of over one year in getting a medical assessment, and my claim for contributory ESA shut down automatically. Now, following decision, three months have now elapsed and the matter described has not been addressed. I was told that I would be informed within 7 days. I have no reason to beleive the matter will ever be looked into.
I do not wish to telephone them again on this matter.
