Pip renewal - does everyone get a phone assessment was created by Deadpoet

Hello, i received my PIP renewal. The form says i may be called in for a face to face assessment but due to covid its possibly a telephone assessment. Does everyone get a phone assessment or if paperwork is sufficient they decide without the phone assessment? Thank you.

Hello Deadpoet, and welcome to the forums.

Certainly not everyone gets a telephone assessment. What they don’t seem to do is tell you that you are not going to get one, you just get the brown envelope.
