ESA Payments Stopped

I've just gone into my bank account to find that my ESA Payment for 21st January didn't go in.

I had a PIP Review Decision on 12 January 2021, that was reduced from Enhanced Daily Living and Standard Mobility, to Standard Daily Living and Standard Mobility. I was devastated by this decision as my health has deteriorated and I was hoping for Enhanced in both. Since then I have been busy working on a Mandatory Reconsideration, as well as receiving medical help as I've been both mentally and physically very ill.

Only tonight have I gone into my bank account online to pay a bill and noticed my missing payment. I'm scared to death that the DWP have stopped my ESA for some reason too now but I have had nothing in the post about ESA at all. Obviously, they are closed now and I will call them first thing in the morning but I wondered if this was some sort of normal process for the DWP after a PIP award is changed?

I am literally shaking with fear, not knowing how I am going to cope financially without the money.

I contacted the DWP earlier today and they gave me no explanation as to why my payments were stopped. The person I spoke to has put my payment for the 21st January 2021 and the 4th February 2021 through manually and should appear in my bank at midnight.

I did say to her that I had recently had a PIP review and had my award decreased but she said my ESA should not have stopped if I was still getting PIP.

Very strange.
