Tribunal Evidence was created by Bud
Hi all

I registered my appeal about 7 months ago. How long is the wait time now, around 12 months all together?

Also I have further evidence, is it too late to send this in?

Thanks.

Hi Bud

At one time we were saying that the waiting time was 45-52 weeks, but I have recently seen that some members have had much shorter waiting times. So I think it probably depends on where you live in the country and how well set up they are to do oral hearings - so I honestly can't say. You might want to contact the Tribunals Service and ask.

No, it isn't too late to send in new information. You can do so up to about two weeks before the date of your tribunal.
