Hi all I dont know if this is the right place to ask a question I'm in the process of an appeal for pip what is bothering me is the dwp they have wrote about someone else in my report what will happen about this.
Before the actual appeal takes place the DWP will send out the papers for the tribunal to you and the Tribunal Services. You will be able to see at that point whether there is anyone else's information included. If it's still there - you can write into the Tribunal Services and point out the error. The important thing is that the paper work relating to you is all there.
