Hi Gary and the team.

im just enquiring a bout a change of circumstances form, for pip if my disability improves in any way in the future.

if things improve do have contact them over the telephone and they will send out all the long forms that filled out when i original applied for pip beginning with pip and get new medical evidence. ?
