I rang PIP and was told PIP form and medical evidence received and scanned.
But I found out that each medical evidence I enclosed, if i understood properly but this seemed to be the case, was created as a PDF with a small title. I am not sure that whoever scanned my documents put a proper title.
Because when I asked the tel operator if he could check if they had scanned specific documents I had typed in support of daily living he said he did not know what each PDF contained until he opened each one first (yet I had understood from him that each PDF had a title unless I am mistaken). There were so many pdf’s as I sent lots of medical evidence he could not open all of them.
Knowing that it seems that the PIP assessor will get my pip review form and then just the PDF which did not seem to explaing beforehand to the tel operator what the pdf document was about I would have done things differently. What I did is whenether there was a change for daily living and mobility section I just wrote see printed sheets (which are put in pdf) on the form. Now knowing what i know I would have at least said I have worsen and givenen a quick summary of why and say see enclosed evidence also.
