paper based pip assessment

i read a former post on paper based pip assessment.i had one of these done for my last pip review.
i was told when i rang DWP there is no report on the paper based assessment.
are you saying you can request a PA3 copy to see how the decision was made ?

Debbie I've only ever had Paper based assessments? You are entitled to the report PA3 that others have mentioned, I have all of them from PIP and ESA. Don't be fined off by them.

I will ring DWP tomorrow for my PA3 pip paper based assessment report

i rang DWP this morning to ask for my PA3 report on my paper based pip award. they told me one hadnt been done for me.apparently this has been the case during the pandemic not all reviews have a PA3 and the award was based on my AR1 review form.

Hi Debbie, given the lies told to other claimants I would be right suspicious and call again. Should you recognise the call handler's voice, quietly put the phone down. Otherwise just say nowt about previous calls and sweetly ask for it. That's what I would do anyway.
