If I change my name legally (to a new first name but same surname), would this count as a change of circumstances in terms of triggering a move from ESA to UC? There would be no other change in circumstances, just my first name.
I have not heard of a change of name triggering a move from ESA to UC, when you say ESA are we talking about IR ESA or CB ESA, not that it makes a difference.
