pip mandatory reconsideration was created by mercy
hi, guy hopes you all good.
I was just wondering if, I can ask DWP for a copy of the letter they received from the GP and the specialist, can i ask?. and I was was wondering if someone can use the sick note as evidence
for PIP?
any ideas, please

Hi Toks,
Of course you can ask DWP fir a copy of the doctors' reports. Also you can ask your GP for a copy, which might be quicker!
A sick note can be used as evidence but GP letter would probably be better to use.

any advice welcome please the GP has no record of any letter to sent to DWP, so in this case, what do I do? as the decision letter, state they receive a letter from the doctor/ GP but nothing is on file with the GP.

If your doctor has no record of sending a letter, then your only choice is to ask for a copy from the DWP.

Hello Toks,

For 'significant functional problem and restrictions reported' read 'significant difficulties', whether they are ones you told them about or they observed.
