Hi
I have sent my completed PIP2 form to DWP two weeks ago,.
I sent it to be signed for on arrival which was signed however I have had no acknowledgement from the DWP that they I received my form. Is that normal? Apart from the post signature on arrival.
B.

Hi Boscozz

The DWP always used to tell people when their forms had arrived, but this has been less consistent since the pandemic. If you're worried ring and check that it arrived and has been loaded onto the system.

I called to check if they had received mine this morning as I sent mine in February.
They said they received it and I had to await an appointment with assessor.
They were very nice on the phone.

Hi. I sent mine in last week (next day signed for).
I took a photo of the signature as they only stay on the post office system for a while.
I got a text from DWP about 12 hours later..
I would phone.. it’ll put your mind at rest.
And take the photo if not done already.
