hi there, Can someone tell me how I go about getting my pip telephone assessment report. I got it recorded and did ask for a copy. I have received the cd but not the report. Thanks in advance Trace
Hi Trace780. Thank you for mentioning you got the cd. People have had such trouble even getting a recorded assessment, it is good to hear about this. Best wishes with getting the PA4 and tackling anything amiss if necessary. Btw you don't have to wait for a decision to do that. If it is not right, writing to DWP ASAP is worthwhile. Regards, Denby
