Hello Sarah and welcome to our Forum.

You may note that I have edited out your surname from your post. Most of our members prefer not to publically display their full name. If you would like it there, I apologise and please do put it back!

If you would also like to change your screen name so that it is not displaying your full name there are instructions here.

My full name is showing, how can I stop it.

But to address your question - you have your answer, they have simply not looked at it yet. After 9 weeks I am surprised that you have not heard, but the time they take to do MR's does vary a lot, and I have not noticed a match between the length of time it takes them to do it and the outcome.

By ringing them up you know that they have recieved it, which is good. All you can do for now is wait, but I would struggle not to give them a ring every couple of weeks to find out what is happening!

Sorry not to be able to be of more help,
Catherine
