Hi CCC
We remove assessors names so as not to leave ourselves open to being sued and closed down. This is why all posts are moderated prior to being released on the forum and why if you make a post Friday night you may not see it on the forum until Monday afternoon when the Mods are back.

Hi ccc,
It depends which part of the country you live in. When you receive a letter from the local Tribunal service which will be hearing your case give them a ring and they will be able to tell you what the current waiting list is.
For my patch of the country they aim to do it in under a year, and sometimes they suceed. Yours might be very different.
