S0 stressed ,capita wrote to my Dr and consultant for further information has doing paper based sent on 29 June from my Dr 4 July my consultant capita have nothing nor dwp should it take this long to be scanned on to system I always send things recorded delivery ,but gp and consultant wouldn't ,just be a brown envelopes making me ill many help please

I'm sorry that this is causing you such stress. Unfortunately we have heard from another member that the DWP has a five week backlog at the Wolverhampton site - so it is entirely possible that any extra documents have not been scanned onto the system. There is nothing you can do to speed up this process, you can only get your daughter to keep bringing to see when they are there.

Daughter rang on Monday still no sign of the letters sent from my consultant and Dr asked for by capt to do a paper based assessment this all started in March it's so hard making my anxiety so bad and arthritis is unbearable my Dr thinks it's so bad on my mental health too any kind words

Hi JB
As BIS has stated you have to constantly call, first thing in the morning is usually the best time to try and get through 9.00 am.
You could ask your MP for help to expedite your claim, some MP's are more pro active than others.
