Hi, personally I get the impression you got one who was 'hedging' with the other comments she made. I'd be tempted to call again, sweetly checking that the first one actually put your request through, and when you can expect it. By delaying you getting it she could be deliberately spoiling your chances of challenging it in time before the decision gets made. If another attempt at fobbing off is made, either accidentally end the call and try again, or maybe push that waiting is making you anxious and ask the agent to add this fact to the notes.
