Hi over the last 16 months I have ring asking about my UC50 form I told they can’t find it so I got a friend to ring them on 15/04/2021 five weeks ago to send me a new UCform when he ring them they said it’s being assessed and waiting for appointment for me to be assessed still again nothing from them what can I do if they keep making excuses no intentions of looking at it thanks
I think I would write a letter to them stating what you have put in your post and asking them to expedite your assessment. If you do not receive a satisfactory reply within 14 days then I would suggest you right to your MP and see if they can intervene on your behalf.
