Update on PIP Assessment timescale

Hi all,
Just a heads up to anyone who is awaiting pip assessment and wondering about timescales. I have just received a text telling me my assessment has been booked for 22nd June. A full 6 months to the day from my initial application. I know things vary from region to region but thought it might be of interest to those who are still awaiting theirs and give an idea of potential waits.
