Pip review form received today but only 2weeks to get it back I've hospital surgery next week can only cope with one thing and even that's a real struggle. Is this form like starting from scratch or just if theres any changes. Thanks I posted earlier but cant find my post so 2nd time
They have been giving claimants - 3 months to fill in forms. Ring up and check that you have that. If they've stopped doing that - they will still offer you an extension when you tell them you are going into hospital. Confirm in writing any agreement you make with them over the phone.
