Hi. I spoke to DWP call handler (PIP) today she said the reviews go straight to healthcare provider? I thought a case manager looked at it first? Am I wrong

Hi Lorraine

DWP will review your form. If they need more information, an independent health professional might phone you to ask some questions or send a letter inviting you to an assessment.
