Hi, thank you LL26, can I just clarify please, are you saying failure to meet one of the 4 criteria would score points, or that you have to fail to meet all of the 4 criteria before you can score points. Many thanks
Hi an ex nurse, All 4 criteria need to be met. If you can't do an activity safely,you should score points. If you can't do it in a reasonable time, you should score points.etc etc. So, if you can do the activity safely, but you can't do it repeatedly, you should score points.And so on...
