So recently passed workcapability and got the highest you can get.

However I'm just wondering is there anyway I can find out the point breakdown on what I got and which part exactly? Is there a particular name/form for this if I call them?

Hi Sam

Your assessment report is called the ESA85A - you can just ring the DWP and request a copy.
