Thank you for your message Denby, and I am glad to hear that your daughter eventually got justice. Actually I had major problems with the disability expert too. The cooking question for me was also an issue. I have limited mobility I walk with a cane with my right hand and have severe spasms down the left-hand side of my body, but she was determined to prove that I could cook a meal.

I'm sorry this is such an ordeal for you. I would still advise you to follow LL26s advice regarding getting the written and recorded information from your tribunal. You can ignore the questions that appeared inappropriate - but it will give you an idea where they thought you had been awarded too many points and clues to how you fight it next time. I know it seems unfair, but go through our guide and see if there is any area that you need to improve your answers on, because even from the little you have said here, it's clear you would have safety and reliability issues and you need to make sure you can counter the whole panel even the 'disability' expert. Remember - they are not you, and they don't walk in your shoes. You are the expert on how the condition affects your daily living and mobility.
I hope that it goes your way, at the second tribunal, but if it doesn't I would be arguing to appeal to the Upper Tribunal on one of the points that LL26 made arguing that you were disadvantaged after your first experience which affected your second. (This may not work, but it's what I would do).
