I received a form for this which I filled out and sent back but it's been several weeks and as of yet have not heard back.
I saw there used to be a dedicated phone number for this benefit but it doesn't seem to be in service, does anyone know whom would be best to phone to make enquiries to about my claim for SDP?
Hi Vince… I chased my own up last week… I sent my form back at the end of May. I phoned the ESA number and they said there was no record of receipt….. The woman went over the form with me on the phone and sent an email to the department that deals with it. She said she couldn’t give me a timeframe…. Nothing received as yet.
