Hi I had my pip review month ago .. A backpayment is showing to go into my account .. I haven't received letter yet and can't get through on phone .. I want to be excited but what if it's an error .. I was expecting it to take longer for them to make a decision .. Thoughts/ experience please ☺️
It is very common for payments to go through to the bank before the letter gets to you, so a little bit of excitement is certainly due, although obviously until you have the letter you will now know the details.

Hi Emma, try ringing PIP line at 9 am . I did this last week and got a reply within 12 minutes. I hope that helps. Fingers crossed for you. Best wishes
