Hi magpiejoe08,
Presumably you had your assessment on 29th June?
Normally reports are done within 48 hours, so thus should be done by now. You could contact DWP at any time. You need to ask for a PA4 form.
I have no experience of contacting DWP by text phone. I know they send claimants texts, but am not aware that you can text them back. By all means try. Otherwise you may just have to wait in the phone queue as normal. Don't be fobbed off by the DWp advisor. If they say no, hang up and try again, you are entitled to this form!
Let's hope that the assessment went well and you achieve the PIP award you require.

...and if it does not magpiejoe08, write to 'The Decision Maker' asap coldly taking apart all those mistakes which make a difference to points [or length of award]. Refer to your form and evidence for each descriptor needed. If necessary quote other sources eg NHS website if they try to make out painkillers are for moderate pain when really they are for severe pain, or any such allegation.
best wishes, it worked for our daughter,
