Hi All,
Does anyone know if the DWP has changed legislation to allow them to give an appointment time of "BETWEEN" an hours slot time like 10-11am or 1-2pm. I have had a look but can't see anything.

Hello F.A.C.E ba

This is not something which is covered by legislation. To be honest, the ‘between times’ are really no different to turning up for a 3pm appointment at an assessment centre and finding they are running 45 mins late. I think it is just an acknowledgement of reality; however frustrating that is.
