High Court esa case was created by Mrs Doyle
the High Court granted claimants of Employment Support Allowance permission to challenge the DWP’s decision not to increase their benefit in line with Universal Credit. Does anyone know if /when this trial has taken place.

Hi MrsDoyle
No word yet on when this will happen. The High Court is expected to rule on it 'later' this year.

Whilst I can't vouch for the accuracy of this article, it states the case is being heard at the end of this month (July).
