Pip Law change letter-anyone challenged them? was created by Darcy
Hi everybody just wondering if anyone else has received one of these very confusing letters, regarding law changes, obviously no changes to my case, but I disagree, what is the process for a challenge anyone tried, not sure what my options are this just turned up out of the blue. Any replies would be very grateful

Hello Darcy,
The process is to request a Mandatory Reconsideration. You should start this within a month of receiving that letter, but if it is slightly longer and you have a reason for taking longer, then it should be considered anyway.
You will find information about how to apply for a Mandatory Reconsideration on this page. PIP resources . Scroll down to where it says PIP appeals. Unlike most MR submissions this one will only focus on the activity where you believe they incorrectly intreptered the law in your case.
I hope that helps
