Pip claim was created by Andrew McDonald

I've filled my pip claim form online and I have tried to return form online but all I get is a message saying "there has been a problem please try again later or contact us on the phone number for help.
I phoned the number but the guy I spoke to didn't have a clue and said he will send me a paper form but to keep trying online in the meantime. So was wondering if anyone else has had this problem

Hello Andrew,

Your full name seems to be showing, if you wish to change it, this tells you how.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it is not possible to submit an online claim for PIP. There are sample forms out there, but you need to get a paper form from the DWP and send it back by post.

I understand that they are looking at moving into the C21, but have not made it yet.
