I am not doing a good job of openiing my letters recently but am waiting for appointment letter from pip.
Is it possible I can get them to text or call me once they have the appointment or even redirect my letter to a family address as I sometimes stay there for support?
I am sorry to hear that you struggling at the moment.
If you can bring yourself to ring the PIP helpline I would advise you to do so and tell them that you are struggling to open your post at the moment and ask them to call / text you. You can also tell them that your correspondence address has changed and tell them where you would like letters to go.
Generally they are pretty good at that, although I have known them to slip up the odd time. But if you have your request registered with them, if things do go wrong because they have sent post to your current address, you have some come back.
