do you know if dwp are unfairly taking carers allowance off people who recieve standard pip but move onto enhanced pip?

Hi debbie,
I don't about this. However, if you get enhanced daily living, this indicates significant care needs. The first question DWP will ask is how come he can't look after himself, but can look after others?
Well, it depends on the nature of the disabilities, but can cause a problem.
This is an area that always needs careful consideration.
