It's over.

Universal Credit cut will not be reversed and 'final decision has been made', No10 says
Millions of claimants will be hit when the £20-a-week uplift is axed next month.

Hi ccc

As far as I am aware, that is still ongoing and is not affected by the uplift being removed.

If the legacy discrimination case is successful then it would apply from the start of the uplift to when the uplift finished.

ccc that court case for legacy benefits is taking place on the 28/29th September. Even if the case is successful the DWP still can try to wriggle out of paying it back to those claimants.
