I need help...plz..after waiting 3 yrs finally had letter stating my award not eligible for leap excersise due to going to tribunal originally in 2016...even though I was disputing moving around descriptor.....not the MH part (even though I had stated I couldn't go out any journey without someone)...letter states they can't change award due to tribunals decision.....totally confused anyone else...tribunal didn't change.award stayed the same
claimants who have been in receipt of the enhanced [rate of both components of] PIP since the judgment date, or who have had a tribunal decision that would have considered the judgment. These cases will not be reviewed.
