Yes. I am prescribed Tramadol. I have to take it first thing in the morning, together with ipuprfofen after waking and always after any walking. I do not always remember to take it beforehand, if i suddenly have to go to my local shop and buy a pint of milk or any other essential. Becaues i am not in severe pain beforehand. only afterwards
