Welcome to Benefits and Work I cannot answer your question as I do not have all the facts such as, does your daughter claim PIP, was she in the support group. I would advise you to seek advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation as they can check what benefits your daughter was on before she migrated to UC. You can find your local Welfare Rights Organisation to help you with advice by clicking on the link below and putting in your post code, it will then come up with a MAP with a list of agencies.
