Just received an UPDATE:

From Phil, My solicitor has confirmed that our new court date will be the 17-18th November.

I hope we can end this particular injustice & then focus on all the others we face.

I did try to add a link to this? Looks like something is weird here "Invalid consumer key/secret in configuration" what that means is beyond me?

thank you for providing us with the date for the hearing.
Some of us as we are concerned that legacy benefit uplift for the £20 will be for the IR ESA only but this is unfair to those on CBESA.
Those on CB ESA miss out on so many avenues open to those on IR Benefits and are often extremely less well off with the add ons IR recipients can claim.
As there is no tapering effect often those on IR can obtain in excess of £200 pounds per month more on the add on purely for those on IR, meaning they who have not placed enough contributions gain far more money to live on.
So I do hope when it goes to court that CBESA is included in the uplift of the inclusion on legacy benefits.
