I have got a pip review form. There has been very little change in my condition. I have written detailed answers to all the questions using my previous PIP2 form as the basis.
On the form Is it OK to put "No change, see additional sheet for more information". The box is far too small to fit in what I need to say. Or is it better to put a tiny snapshot and add "see additional sheet.."
