Esa wait times on phone was created by robm

As I write this post it’s now 1 hour and 53 minutes got a text to say I had to phone them to discuss my esa claim think it might be to do with moving home as some my claim is paid through universal credit and some through eas

Hi robm

Hope you did not have to wait much longer than the 1hr 53 mins you posted.

The best time to contact DWP is first thing in the morning when they open.

When you move home you do need to inform both UC via your journal and to ESA dept if not you will find your claim will be suspended.
