Reassessment form done, when will I hear anything was created by howsboi
My reassessment form was due back by end of July, I returned it with 2 weeks to spare, with new documents from health care providers and stating my conditions had changed. Iv still not heard anything regarding face to face, telephone or video call. How long should it be before I hear anything? Thanks in advance.

Waiting times are really variable. If you can bear it, I would ring the DWP and find out the status of your case. They will be able to give you a more accurate time frame.

Hi thank you for your reply. I had a call back from cab and the lovely lady said she would ring and find out the status on my reassessment.

My partner sent hers in 8 weeks ago and we've heard nothing. I rang a fortnight ago and they would not be drawn on how long it might take - just 'it's with a case manager.
