Hello i would be very grateful for any help please. i receive esa and i am in the support group have been for 10 years or so..if i move my partner in or marry my partner how will it affect my benefit, thanking in advance

Hi salliedoll
It would depend on the type of ESA you are receiving CB ESA or IR ESA.
As BIS has stated you do need to seek advice from a Welfare Rights Organisation who can take all your circumstances into consideration.
