Hi Gary, I suppose my question is...if they end my claim, is it possible to start another claim when I feel more able to fill out the form? Or don't they allow you to start a new claim?
Hi Nic, You should be entitled to view any records that were made during your time with the physio, ask them for a photocopy/ printout of them [you may have to pay]. I would also ask for a copy of your GP records to see what is on them.
