Can you help me with what to say in the part 13 of the form it asks is there anything else we should know about your health condition?

Hi robert

You do not need to add anything in part 13. Part 13 is used as a catch all. I always use that section to add details of anyone who is writing a support letter.

If anyone does write you a support letter, they need to explain what support they give ... and Why!. The why part is very important.
