Hi Petermcgarry

We are not assessors, so can't say whether you would definitely be awarded PIP, but clearly, you have a medical reason for why you keep falling. The issue is are you able to walk, safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly, in a reasonable time period. If you keep falling, then it would suggest that you can't. Does the fact that you fall stop you from going out? Does your hearing stop you from engaging with others? Do you have issues with being able to cook, and wash if you are at risk of falling? There are several areas where you may score.
