Hi BaW,
I was awarded ESA - support group - in April after waiting 8 months before having a telephone assessment. I applied for PIP as well in January, and just received a message this morning from DWP to say they have the report for my PIP assessment! As I’ve had no telephone or f2f assessment for this I assume they have done a paper assessment (fortunately I had a lot of written evidence). I have read how important it is to request the report asap in case I need to challenge what is in it before the decision is made, but I’m not sure which is the correct report to request?

HI mel0308 Ring the DWP and ask for a copy of the PA3 - this is the paper-based assessment report. for PIP. BIS
