Hi received a notice of compliance telephone interview but it dosent have my middle name or National insurance number I receive esa in the support group trued calling them to see wat it’s about just goes to answer phone to leave a message worried as dosent tell me wat it’s about and need wage slips for my husband which he gets printed out on the phone

Hi Shirley, I've had three of these over the years and they do worry you.

You should get a phonecall and you will be given time to put together whatever they ask for.

My examples were claiming an insurance policy. Opening a new savings account and putting a small inheritance amount into my bank account.

They will check your ID, ask questions to see if you are claiming the correct benefits, check who is living in the household and also check working arrangements and ask about savings.

I would try the number again tomorrow, sometimes they finish up early at debt management department, and if you don't get an answer, leave a message with your details to ask for a call back.
