ESA claim - forgot to add NI number to evidence was created by Yaduks
Hi,

In my rush to send off my ESA50 form I just remembered I didn’t add my NI details to the supporting evidence (40+ pages). Wondering if should give them a call to explain the same or any other advice you can give?

Hi Yaduks

I would contact the DWP - the danger is that your evidence might not get attached to your file if it only has your name on it. Hopefully, you will have been lucky, but you definitely need to check.
