Process For Going Back Onto ESA Due to £16,000?

So for DLA/PIP, it's definitely 4 weeks/28 days that claimants have to spend their most recent payment (before it's categorised as capital)? (I cannot fathom the logic of that...most of my treatment is by necessity private so I'm always having to save 'pennies' of my PIP longer than 1 month to cater for large treatment expenses etc).

Hi grace

Providing your capital is below £6k then you will not be affected by capital rules (under state pension age).
