I have been awarded pip but requested the medical form. However I noticed the assessor made a number of mistakes on the medical form. Is it worth ringing up pip to inform them or should I just leave it? I don't want to get into trouble in the future. IE the assessor has put I have a walk in shower when I told them that I have a shower board. Advice appreciated.
If you were awarded PIP and you don't want to challenge the award, then it really isn't worth telling the DWP there are mistakes on the assessment form. I think most claimants, even when they get enhanced awards for both parts, find there are mistakes. You can always write at your next review under the relevant question that although the assessor recorded on a previous occasion that you had a walk-in shower, that was a mistake. You won't get into trouble.
