LCWRA success rates? was created by Lisa-ann
Hi I'm new here and just want to know if anyone has any idea what the success rate of claiming lcwra is? I receive PIP ( enhanced living) and found the whole process of claiming very hard and now I'm about to send my health assessment form off to universal credit. I know I should just relax but my anxiety is going through the roof so any good reports will help.
Thanks in advance.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The success rate for LCWRA awards is 62% for UC and 66% for ESA/
Be aware, there are only limited overlaps between the PIP and WCA Descriptors and whilst there should be some expectation that an Enhanced DL award would lead to such an award it is by no means a certainty.

Thank you that's a little more hopeful than I thought.
